My Mum is now the Manager of a Motel in my hometown; I had to send you the photo of her new sign, it is right next the memorial statue which is a special part our towns history, in memory of People who lost their lives in the mines there. |

There is also a COALFACE experience that you can go and see if you are travelling in the area. It takes you on a journey through the history of the mines when they were still Horse and Cart etc. This month is quite busy, the last couple have been a little quieter than usual but we can survive. Over the last few weeks I’ve been out to Blackwater and Emerald and then we did the Ladies and Mercedes show for the Ipswich Mayors Ball on the Friday night and then The Ipswich festival on the Saturday. The Mayor Paul Pisasale is such a down to earth man, its quite an honour to do gigs for him. Ipswich finished at 6pm and we had a 3 hour drive to start a gig at the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride! Then Glass House Mountains Tavern is always a great nite with really nice people but hey; you keep asking when and where ….. I have a few gigs that aren’t firm yet and quite a few private and corporate shows coming up but here are the rest so far: |

Thank you so VERY VERY much to everyone that voted for me on the Triple J Unearthed Site, the song made it to number 14 overall, it spent 5 weeks in the charts, I am wrapped as there are over 100 000 artists on the site. The most dangerous cake recipe ….5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE !! • 4 tablespoons flour • a small splash of vanilla extract Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the
egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes
at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! You are going to print this out straight away, aren't you. |
